Bioinformatics Analyst
Alex received his Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry and MS in Bioinformatics from Northeastern University. In the Naik lab he collaborates with scientists working on single cell and spatial genomic data. His career interests include utilizing machine learning tools in bioinformatics applications and developing novel computational methods. In his free time, he enjoys golfing with friends and rooting for the New York Knicks.
