Research Scientist

I am a Research Associate Professor in the Institut Pasteur of Paris. My main project in Paris aims at deciphering the causes of Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS), a chronic inflammatory skin disease associated with metabolic and microbial alterations. One question I’d like to address is the contribution of epithelial stem cells to HS pathogenesis. I joined the Naik lab as a visiting researcher to study inflammatory memory of epithelial stem cells and more specifically to study how environmental factors impact the epigenetic landscape of human skin epithelia.

I came to New York with my husband and my two children. I love great food and cooking, and also have many other passions including guitar, yoga, figure skating and aerial hoop.
